Nedžad Kadrić, MD, PhD
Specialist in General Surgery and Subspecialist in Cardiac Surgery
Member of the European Association of Endoscopic Surgeons (EAES) and the Association of Surgeons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Independently and as part of a team, performs surgical procedures in abdominal and general surgery, as well as hepatobiliary, laparoscopic, cardiac surgery, and liver surgery.
Having worked at clinics across Europe, he has gained knowledge in liver transplantation (AKH, Vienna - Austria), transplantation and cardiothoracic surgery (AKH, Vienna - Austria), and laparoscopic surgery (IRCAD/EITS, Strasbourg - France). He is a recipient of an award for the presented work "Metastasis of Malignant Melanoma in the Portal Liver."
At the University Clinical Center (UKC) Tuzla, he was part of the team that performed the first liver transplantation in Bosnia and Herzegovina in his home city of Tuzla in 2006. At the Urology Clinic of the University Clinical Center Tuzla, he was part of the team that performed the first laparoscopic nephrectomy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
